French driver Doriane Pin has secured the 2025 F1 Academy title, marking a major step in a career that has already followed a clear and impressive trajectory.
At the season finale in Las Vegas, Pin sealed the championship by finishing fifth in Race 2, enough to stay 15 points ahead of her closest rival, Maya Weug. This third-ever F1 Academy title crowns a highly consistent season: Pin was the only driver in 2025 to score points at every single race.
A Steady Rise to the Top
Her path to the summit began in 2018, when she joined the FFSA Academy in the Junior category. It was her first major step into structured training; the Academy’s mission is to identify, coach and support emerging French talents.
A year later, in 2019, she became French Champion in the Women’s category in karting, showcasing her speed and competitive instincts from an early age.

As she progressed to single-seaters, Pin joined PREMA Racing as a Mercedes junior driver, before making her debut in F1 Academy. The 2025 season marked her breakthrough, highlighted by key victories, including one in Shanghai, and remarkable overall consistency.
Training + Performance: A Working Formula
Pin’s 2025 title perfectly illustrates the synergy between individual talent and a solid development structure. Thanks to the FFSA Academy’s support since 2018, she benefited from high-level training, clear development milestones and a springboard toward international competition. Her success story is a strong endorsement of the French development pathway.

Doriane Pin didn’t simply “win a title”: she built her rise step by step, delivered steady performances, and embodied the model of a French-trained driver supported by a national structure and now winning on the global stage. Her 2025 triumph is both a personal victory and a testament to the strength of a well-designed training system.
“Congratulations Doriane, the entire FFSA Academy team is proud of you!”
